SOUTH African men and their 4-5s have been caught napping!
It appears that women in Mzansi who have found someone to satisfy them between the sheets are in the minority, as more and more men suffer from erectile dysfunction, or sleepy 4-5 syndrome.
A leading pharmaceutical company who did the research, said men are the ones to blame.
That’s because Mzansi’s men refuse to look after their health. It said the 4-5 crisis stemmed from chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
The company pointed out that men who are overweight are less likely to please their women in bed than those of normal weight and size.
Pharma Dynamics spokesman Tumi Motsei said: “As a result of the rapid rise in chronic diseases due to lifestyle – most of which are completely preventable – more than five in every 10 South African men now suffer from this sexually debilitating condition.”
Motsei said most men were too shy to seek medical help when it came to their tired 4-5s, with only 20% of those with erectile dysfunction actively seeking treatment.
He said men could improve their 4-5s’ lifespan by losing weight, eating healthier food, exercising more and quitting smoking.
Lack of exercise, smoking, eating food that is high in fat, sugar and salt, and drinking too much alcohol can all damage blood vessels, impeding blood flow, and making it difficult to get and maintain an erection.
